I am a researcher, software developer, hardware builder, author, poet, husband, father, and lifelong student of difficult questions. I spend much of my time investigating large problems involving information, time, geometry, computation, consciousness, signals, and the structure of reality.
I see myself as a visionary, but also as a builder. Vision matters most when it can be tested, challenged, improved, and eventually placed into someone's hands.
